Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

1. The service

Locodera explores web applications with an automated browser, verifies suspicious behavior and reports findings. You add a project URL and Locodera runs exploratory sessions against it.

2. Authorized targets only

You may only add applications that you own or have explicit written permission to test. Using Locodera against third-party systems without authorization is a violation of these terms and may be unlawful. You are responsible for every URL and credential you configure.

3. Findings are not guarantees

Exploratory testing is probabilistic. A clean score does not prove the absence of bugs, and a confirmed finding may not capture every cause. Reports may include a section labelled 'Possible cause' when the root cause has not been established.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of your application data. Locodera stores only the configuration and evidence needed to run explorations and show results. Test credentials are encrypted at rest.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Locodera to attack, overload or exfiltrate data from any system. Do not attempt to access another account's projects or evidence. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Availability

The service is provided as-is. Scheduled scans depend on the worker process being available. We may change or discontinue features as the product develops.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent via the Contact page.
